Team work is very important in recent organizational growth. The teams are participating in every developing activity in organization. However four things are very important that determine the success of the teams. These factors must be considered in the team formation to achieve the target results of the team. These factors are ability to contribute, past experience, Commitment and trust.

ABILITY TO CONTRIBUTE

This is first factor that measure either the team member has required skills for team project and have ability to contribute in team success on effective utilization of those skills. This is very important because most of the time same teams are working on different projects at different times. Such teams are good in their core area but when these teams work on semi related task that should include at least one team member of the core area that has ability to contribute in real sense.

PAST EXPERIENCE

The past experience is very important to develop the confidence and motivation to continue the success and also team members are fully aware about the general issues of the teams during projects. So in team building it is important to select experience personals at least 50% of the team size. This is also helpful to trained new team members with the experience of the other members in team.

COMMITMENT

This is important to select the team members because if they have commitment they can contribute towards the required targets. Team projects or activities are not routine job so it demands more commitments to effectively work on new things and face unexpected challenges during the task.

Trust on each other helps to effectively implement the suggestion of the team member because everyone believed on each other potential and sincerity. Moreover trust also help to reduce the potential threat of conflict in teams.
